If canceled or modified up to 4 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If canceled or modified later or in a case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
* Non-refundable:
If you canceled or modified up to four hours after booking, no fee will be charged. Please note: if you don’t show up on your arrival date we will reopen the room for sale the next day at 3:00 pm. (please contact us if you will arrive on a different day and we will keep the reservation for you).
*For Group Bookings
If you book 3 or more rooms policy dictates that 50 % of the total amount will be charged 3 weeks before arrival date non-refundable down payment. The other 50% will be charged on your arrival date.
